Umpqua Waddington Shanks Classic, durable shanks for salmon, steelhead, and articulated flies.

The Umpqua Waddington Shanks are a trusted choice for tiers crafting articulated flies, intruders, and classic salmon or steelhead patterns. Built from strong, corrosion-resistant wire, these shanks provide durability while maintaining a balanced profile that allows your flies to swim naturally in heavy currents. The twin-wire design makes them easy to tie on, offering a stable platform for adding materials, trailer hooks, or additional shanks. Ideal for creating effective swing flies for steelhead and salmon, as well as large predator patterns, Umpqua Waddington Shanks are a versatile addition to any tying bench.
