Bassday Mononofu 64S Sinking Lure Mo-007

64mm | Sinking | minnow | Mo-007

The Mononofu 64S Sinking Lure is a compact sinking minnow designed for small-water accuracy and current control.

This style of lure is popular because it can be twitched through runs, pockets, boulders, and narrow lanes where a floating lure would get pushed around too easily.

Let it sink to the layer you want, then work it with short twitches across the current.

The sinking body helps it bite into the flow, while the twitching action gives off flash like a small baitfish losing balance.

In slower pools, a steady retrieve with occasional pauses can look more natural.

It is best around streams, trout rivers, small estuaries, rocky drains, and tight casting lanes.

The limitation is size and presence: when water is high, dirty, or predators are on bigger bait, a heavier or larger lure will call fish better.

The Mo-007 finish should be picked for visibility rather than treated as a magic colour.

Run cleaner, more natural-looking finishes in clear water and decent light; move to stronger flash, glow, or brighter contrast when the water is stained, the sky is dark, or fish need help finding the lure.

If the colour is too loud for calm clear water, drop to a subtler pattern before changing the whole lure style.

TARGET SPECIES: trout, chub, small bass, perch, and light-line predators that feed on small bait or pellets.
