Garbolino Winder Tray Stack Lid & Handle

Take your rig organization to the next level with the Garbolino Winder Tray Stack Lid & Handle. At Gerrys Fishing, we know that your rigs are your most precious cargo. Hours of careful tying can be ruined in seconds by a tangled mess or exposure to the elements. This essential accessory is designed to transform your modular Garbolino winder trays into a secure, portable, and professional rig-management system.

The unit consists of a heavy-duty, impact-resistant lid and an ergonomically designed carry handle. It is engineered to integrate perfectly with the Garbolino GBC modular system. By snapping this lid onto the top of your winder tray stack, you create a self-contained briefcase for your rigs. This not only makes them easier to transport from the car to your peg but also provides a vital layer of protection against UV light, which can weaken monofilament over time, and rain, which can ruin delicate hook patterns.

The locking mechanism is robust and reliable, ensuring that even a tall stack of trays remains securely fastened while youre on the move. Whether youre a professional match angler with hundreds of rigs or a dedicated hobbyist who values order, this lid and handle set is the finishing touch for your seatbox setup.

Detailed Specifications

Where to Use

• Bankside Mobility: Ideal for those matches where you need to leave your main seatbox in the car and carry only the essentials to a distant peg.

• Safe Transit: Use it to transport your rigs in the back of a van or car without worrying about trays sliding apart or getting crushed by heavier luggage.

• Home Storage: Perfect for keeping your seasonal rigs (e.g., winter canal rigs vs. summer carp rigs) organized and dust-free in your garage or tackle room.

• Preparation Phase: Keeps your rigs neatly stacked on your side tray during a session, allowing you to quickly swap out a damaged line without hunting through deep drawers.

Pro Tip

Gerrys Pro Tip: To make your setup even more efficient, use a label maker on the side of each winder tray in your stack. Label them by venue or float type (e.g., Deep Margin, F1 Shallow, Canal Squatt). With the Lid & Handle system, you can then quickly grab the specific stack you need for the days draw without having to bring every single rig you own to the bank.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this come with the winder trays included?

No, this product is the Lid and Handle assembly only. It is designed to be fitted to your existing Garbolino GBC modular winder trays.

How many trays can I stack under one lid?

The system is incredibly strong. While we recommend a manageable stack of 3 to 5 trays for ease of carrying, the locking clips are designed to hold as many trays as you can reasonably lift.

Is the lid completely waterproof?

The lid is designed to shed rainwater and protect your rigs from splashes and overhead showers. However, it is not a hermetically sealed unit; we still recommend keeping your rig stacks inside a carryall or under a side tray cover during extreme, prolonged downpours.

Will this fit other brands of seatbox trays?

This unit is specifically designed for the Garbolino GBC (Garbolino Box Component) system. While some other brands use similar dimensions, we cannot guarantee a secure fit on non-Garbolino trays.
