Drennan ESP Streamlined Controller Floats Precision Surface Fishing

The Drennan ESP Streamlined Controller Floats are expertly designed for surface carp fishing, especially during warmer months when fish are actively feeding on top. Their classic shape ensures pinpoint casting accuracy with minimal splash ideal for stalking wary fish in clear or pressured waters.

These floats are best mounted using float stops or a short piece of silicone tubing over the hooklink swivel, providing a stealthy and streamlined presentation. The translucent body adds to the stealth approach, blending seamlessly into the water surface to avoid spooking fish.

Whether you’re casting under overhanging branches or reaching surface feeders at distance, the larger sizes can be cast over 60 metres, making these floats a versatile choice for Irish anglers targeting surface-feeding carp and other wary species.
